CONSTITUTION:The surface of a leg part 2 extending downwards from a flange part 1a of a lid body 1 is covered with fluororesin film 3 and the upper part of the fluororesin film 3 is covered with a butyl rubber from the lid part 1 and the upper side faces 2a of the leg part 2.
