CONSTITUTION:In a thermal recording material containing a color former and a developer, a surfactant represented by general formula (wherein R is an alkyl group or an aryl group, n is an integer of 1-30 and M is an alkali metal atom or an ammonium group) is added to the thermal recording layer thereof and/or the layer adjacent to the thermal recording layer. |
