<p>PURPOSE:To secure ventilation and lighting and at the same time privacy as well and also prevent one's falling accident. CONSTITUTION:Openings 6 are provided at the handrail 4 of a bolcony 2. A plurality of lateral sash bars 7 are arranged in the openings 6 at every mutual vertical interval and the latral bars are constituted of flat plates and set slantly so as to make their downslopes toward the inside of a balcony respectively. Ventilation and lighting are secured due to the openings 6 in the handrail 4. The visibility from the outside is obstructed by the lateral sash bars 7 and hence, privacy may be evsured. Since the lateral sash bars 7 are arranged slantly so as tilt inward, these do not bring apprehension that children climp up thereon and hence, it is safe. It is not necessary to use a net to prevent children from climbing up and also its cleaning becoms easy.</p> |
