PURPOSE:To obtain a new producing method by which the intermediate cylinder for cylindrical liquid sealing type engine mount is economically produced with less processes. CONSTITUTION:A circular metallic sheet as the material to be worked is pressed as follows. A first intermediate product is provided with a coaxial cylindrical projecting part. A second intermediate product is provided with the projecting part formed in an irregular cross-sectional shape cylindrical projecting part. A third intermediate product is provided with a step part at the base part of irregular cross-sectional cylindrical projecting part. A fourth intermediate product is provided with an annular part around the base part of irregular cross-sectional shape cylindrical projecting part. A fifth intermediate product is provided with an annular part formed in a cylindrical part. The irregular cross-sectional shape cylindrical parts of fifth intermediate product 10-1 and 10-2 are but welded 30. Thus, the final product 10 having irregular cross-sectional shape cylindrical part 101, step part 102 and cylindrical part 103 is obtained. |
