A building structure (10) formed from transportable prefabricated panel frame sections (12, 15, 16 and 17) including wall panel frames (11), floor panel frames and roof panel frames. The wall panel frames (11) are formed from a plurality of similar wall panel frame sections (12) each having frame side members (19). The wall panel frame sections (12) are arranged with the frame side members (19) of adjacent wall panel frame sections (12) in spaced relationship whereby the panel frame sections are interconnected to joining members (21) positioned between the frame side members.
