A vertical armature is supported on a base. A sliding sleeve has a locking wheel (RHS). A clamp opposite holds a flexible rod horizontally. The sleeve is set to the working height. The length of the rod is adjusted to the working diameter. It is rotated through 360 degrees to describe a circular pattern. To increase the working height, an extension bracket replaces the foot. It is fastened by wing nuts to bolts set in the masonry seams. Battens can be nailed or screwed to the rectangular block on top.
