The invention relates to a plug-type connection for fastening parts of tooth or jaw models on a model base, with a sleeve (9, 17) and a pin (1, 16) insertable in the sleeve (9, 17), the pin (1, 16) having a fixing shaft (2, 23) that can be permanently connected to the tooth or jaw model and a plug-type shaft (3, 21) that can be removed from the sleeve. It is the object of the invention to provide a plug-type connection which permits easy release of the plug-type shaft (3, 21) from the sleeve (9, 17) and at the same time offers sufficient frictional engagement of the plug-type shaft (3, 21) in the sleeve (9, 17) (Fig. 3). <IMAGE>
