<p>A filter used for the filtration of a liquid, in which pores based on a plurality of microbaloons are formed in a hardened layer of an activation energy setting resin, these pores communicating with one another so that a liquid can pass through the resin layer. This filter can be formed in an arbitrary place in a desired mode with a high precision. Especially, this filter is most suitably used as a filter in an ink jet head.</p> |
