Process for producing capillary membrane bundles

The capillary membranes are attached by this process to strips, e.g. made of paper, in any desired exactly definable mutual spacing. The mats thus produced can be rolled up to form bundles. The fixing of the membranes to strips secures the desired spacing of the membranes to each other when the mats are rolled up. By this means the membranes can be completely distributed in the bundle in any desired manner. This cannot be ensured in the known bundling processes. The process can be used e.g. for the production of capillary membrane bundles for dialysers.
