Front-mounting system for lawn tractors

Provided on the lawn tractor 1 having an engine at the front and a bottom motor shaft 4 with V-belt drives for the mid-mounted mower 3 and the rear wheels 5 is a front-mounting system which combines the mounting means, the drive and the detachment means. Located on the carrier 8 are connections with quick-action closures for the implements, a coupling for receiving the drive shaft of the front implements, and a detachment means 16 for the implements or parts of implements. The V-belt drive 10 from the motor shaft 4 to the drive pulley 12 in which the coupling for the implement drive is located has a switch-on and switch-off device. The compost cutter 18 is positioned at the top of the carrier 8 and is driven via its shaft which projects downwards into the V-belt pulley 12. Front implements with horizontal drive shafts are driven via an angular or worm gear and side drives. <IMAGE>
