The invention relates to a device for the application of torques and for the measurement of biomechanical parameters. It comprises an electromechanical apparatus on an adjustable stand and an associated stand-by device for voltage supply, motor control and processing of measured values, and it is characterised in that the electromechanical apparatus comprises a mechanical stimulation unit with motor drive for the mechanical stimulation and a sensory unit for reception of the biomechanical parameters, a motor and sensors being connected to the stand-by device, and processing of the measured values of the sensors and output of signals to the motor taking place by a program as a function of the input measured values and instructions of the user. <IMAGE>
