<p>The piston slide valve has a piston (4) with oil grooves and control edges (10, 10a; 11, 11a). The piston (4) is produced by turning, the control edges (10, 10a; 11, 11a) being milled, hardened and ground and if need be surface-finished and lapped. Here, relatively high production tolerances can occur in small pistons. The oil groove of the piston (4) is produced by electrical discharge wire cutting, as a result of which the piston (4) can be produced in series very cost-effectively. Consequently, small piston slide valves which work at high pressures and only have a very small leakage can also be produced. <IMAGE></p> |
