Fruit-containing liquid foods enriched with nutrients, vitamins and minerals having a fruit content of 25 to 100% by weight, an acid content, calculated as tartaric acid, of at least 5 g/l and a pH of at most 4.5 additionally contain at least 2000 mg/l of dissolved calcium phosphate. Preferably, they contain other minerals. They are suitable for decreasing or preventing the occurrence of demineralisation of tooth enamel which is observed on the consumption of acid-containing beverages. |
