PURPOSE:To provide a high-speed response to a load change by combining power-factor control operation and impedance or admittance control operation. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 24 is provided with a pulse duration modulation circuit 26, a power-factor detection circuit 28, a circuit 30 which detects either parameter charge of admittance or impedance, and an adder 50 which responds to a power-factor regulating signal PfA and a parameter change signal dY and generates a modulation signal 51. It is thus possible to control the outputted voltage of a voltage regulating means 18 by making the pulse duration modulation circuit respond to the modulation signal. |
