PURPOSE:To provide a diaphragm for speaker in which a diaphragm part and an edge part are molded integrally with different kinds of materials, and the edge part and a gasket part are molded integrally with the same kind of material, respectively, and the diaphragm part and the edge part are molded integrally without using an adhesive material. CONSTITUTION:A cone shape diaphragm part 1 is made of polypropylene, and an edge part 2 is molded integrally with the outer peripheral edge internal surface of the diaphragm part 1 at a coupling part 4 by a two-color molding method. The gasket part 3 is molded integrally on the outer peripheral edge of the edge part 2. The material of the edge part 2 and that of the gasket part 3 are made of saturation type thermoplastic elastomer. Injection/extrusion molding can be performed on the saturation type thermoplastic elastomer by a plastic molding machine, and especially, high fusion with polypropylene that is the material of the diaphragm part 1 can be obtained, which is suitable for plural layer molding. In this way, it is possible to obtain the diaphragm for speaker with mechanical and acoustic stability and with low cost by forming the diaphragm for speaker molded in such way. |
