PURPOSE: To provide a uniform distribution of an AC magnetic field and an easy change of the inductance by equipping multiple thin wires made of a conductive substance and formed into a spiral shape on an insulator board and a pair of electrode terminals to supply electric power to these wires. CONSTITUTION: Photo-registers are layered after coating the copper foils on the both surfaces of the board 20 with a through hole 21 in the center. After forming patterns for multiple spiral wires and the photo-resister board for the power supply terminals on the copper foils by exposing the photo-resists, the copper foils without photo-resist coating are removed with a caustic fluid to form the power supply terminal 23 and the copper foils aggregated wires 22. An enamel layer 24 is applied on the wires 22 and on the opposite side of the board multiple ferrite cores 25 are formed radially at a fixed angle. The ferrite cores 25 are functioned as the magnetic path. Layering multiple boards 20 can change the inductance easily. |
