PURPOSE:To make an SN ratio for camera shake waveform processing including shake prediction high. CONSTITUTION:This device possesses a light projection means 12 projecting toward an object to be detected, light receiving means 14 and 15 receiving reflected light from the object to be detected and outputting a photoelectric conversion signal, operation means 16 and 17 calculating the photoelectric conversion signal and outputting the inclination signal of the object to be detected and a noise reducing means 19 inputting the inclination signal from the operation means 16 and 17 and reducing a high frequency noise. Also the device possesses an analog/digital converting means 20 analog-digital converting the inclination signal and a smoothing means 21 averaging the output of the analog/digital converting means 20 at every constant interval of time.
