METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PICTURE PROCESSING

PURPOSE:To improve the workability by inputting appending information relating to a read original before or after a read original is loaded on a picture reader and storing the information so as to eliminate the need for a job of recording the information at another location. CONSTITUTION:A picture processing condition for picture data is stored at every orginal in a picture processing condition storage section 84 from picture information recorded on a read orginal. Furthermore, appending information relating to an orginal is stored in a preceding input condition storage section 86 at separate cassette after or before the original cassette is inserted. When an original is designated in the scanning routine and picture processing condition data are in existence in the storage section 84, the preceding input condition is read from the storage section 86 and the original is scanned by the picture processing condition. The picture data read thereby are transferred from an output control section 94 to the picture output device 20 and the picture is recorded on a film and the picture is developed by an automatic developer and a film original plate is generated.
