<p>PURPOSE:To correct fine particles by clearly distinctly on a filter and to facilitate an infrared spectrochemical analysis by correcting the particles by using a metal filter having high reflectivity. CONSTITUTION:Sample liquid 3 containing fine particles 2 in a vessel 1 is filtered through a filtering unit 4. A filter 7 is detachably held in a filtering funnel 6 detachably mounted in a vessel 5 of the unit 4 to filter the liquid 3 thereby to adhere the collected particles 2 to the filter 7. The filter 7 is formed, for example, of Ag, Au, stainless steel, and preferably has a diameter of 25mm, a pore size of 50mum. The filter 7 is placed on a sample stage of an infrared microspectrometer, which emits an infrared light 8 to the filter 7 and spectrally measures it based on its reflected light 9 at that time.</p> |
