PURPOSE:To exactly guide and display by displaying regional map information including minor streets during stopping of a vehicle, displaying a road map of a main road when the vehicle is not on the minor street during traveling, and displaying the load map including the minor street when the vehicle is on the minor street. CONSTITUTION:An ECU 13 decides whether a vehicle from a detection signal of a wheel sensor 12 is during traveling or not, and displays a road map including minor streets of a circumference at an own vehicle position as a center on a display 15, the ECU 13 decides whether the own vehicle is on the minor street or not when the vehicle is during traveling, and displays the map of a main road except the minor streets when the vehicle is not on the minor street. The ECU 13 displays the map including the minor streets with the own vehicle position as a reference when the vehicle is on the minor street. Thus, since road information corresponding to the present position of the vehicle is displayed, it can be exactly guided and displayed. |
