PURPOSE:To allow the user to visually recognize a communication enable state and a communication state by displaying an operation window for each communication opposite party in parallel when conference communication is made to plural communication opposite parties in the terminal equipment in which plural communication circuits are used freely. CONSTITUTION:When a telephone key or a video telephone key 52 is depressed in the idle state, an operation window is displayed, after an opposite address is entered, a confirmation key 70 is depressed to make dialing, and when a call is received, it is displayed on the window and an incoming call reception button 87 is used to connect the line. When the key 50 or 52 is depressed in the communication state with an opposite party, the operation window is displayed overlappingly and after the entry of the destination address, the confirmation key '70 is depressed to make dialing. When the call is received, similarly the window is displayed overlappingly and the incoming call reception button 87 is used to connect the line. When the dialing and the call reception to the 3rd party are successful, the switching communication state is set and when failed, the opposite communication state is maintained. Thus, the communication state is intuitionally recognized. |
