PURPOSE:To provide a rear wheel suspension which ensures the stability of travelling even when the wheel support body is made easy to move back and forth to improve the confortability. CONSTITUTION:This rear wheel suspension is composed of two arms whose one end is supported at the front and rear sections of a wheel support body 2 supporting the rear wheel 1 while the other end thereof is supported with the body in such a manner that they are mutually opened inward the body and a strut 8 containing a coil spring whose upper portion is fixed on the inside of the wheel support body 2 is elastically supported on the body thereabove, and a tension rod 5, namely a connection means, with one end thereof supported by bottom of the strut 8 and the other end supported by the body 4 extending thereahead. The parallegorism formed by the wheel support body 2, two arms 6 and 7 and the body 4 is so arranged that the rear section of the support body 2 is displaced outward the body viewed horizontally with respect to the front when the support body is moved backward undergoing the load. |
