PURPOSE: To precisely provide a desired temperature curve by making the change of the set values of respectively following time intervals to correspond to deviation at the time of deviation from a predetermined allowable value. CONSTITUTION: At the time point of temperature control start, the desired temperature curve divided into respective time intervals is supplied in a step S1. A heating rate expressed by the gradient of the temperature curve is determined corresponding to the length of the time intervals and the desired temperature difference of the continuous time intervals. Heating power is calculated in a step S2. This calculation is performed based on a dynamic heating value and power to be lost determined and stored in a table during an operation for measurement to be just once executed concerning a atomizer tube respectively usable in response to the temperature and the gradient of the temperature curve. In a step S3, the calculated heating power is converted to the set value for phase angle control and in a step S4, the control is performed by a loop. |
