PURPOSE:To obtain a marker tube two mode cutting means which can convert the marker tube displaying the destination of wire to connect the wire between the devices in a switchboard, to a cutting mode or a partially cutting mode easily. CONSTITUTION:A marker tube cutter 18a, a rotating means 18b of the marker tube, a horizontal moving means or a vertical moving means of the marker tube cutter, and a marker tube loading board 18i are provided, and the system is composed to cut or partially cut the marker tube. And this composition is applied also to a marker tube installing device to a wire. |
