PURPOSE:To provide a light emitting device which is excellent in explosion-proof property and easy to visually recognize in daylight. CONSTITUTION:A reflection type light emitting diode 12 is formed by molding a recessed reflection surface and a radiation surface by using light transmitting material. A light emitting diode lamp 10 is formed by accommodating the reflection type light emitting diodes 12 three of which are arranged in the length and width directions on a board 42, in a lamp case 44, and sealing the reflection type light emitting diodes 12 except radiation surfaces 34 and the base board 42 by using black resin 46. The light emitting diode lamp 10 is arranged inside a vessel 50 to be inclined at a specified angle. After a light transmitting board 60 is mounted on the front of the vessel 50, the space enclosed by the vessel 50 and the light transmitting board 60 is filled with light transmitting material 70. Thereby a light emitting device is formed. |
