PURPOSE:To facilitate disassembling, assembling and maintenance by arranging a driving motor in the middle of two passive magnetic bearings to support rotation, and arranging a shaft direction control magnetic bearing in a specific position. CONSTITUTION:A hanging bell shape impeller 12 is installed on a rotary shaft 14 supported with a magnetic bearing so as to cover the rotary shaft 14 and the whole magnetic bearing. A driving motor 40 is arranged in the middle of two passive magnetic bearings 20 and 22 to support rotation. A shaft direction control magnetic bearing 38 is arranged on the opposite side of the motor 40 of the magnetic bearing on the side separated from the impeller 12. The passive magnetic bearings 20 and 22 are constituted as the rotary shaft 14 by layering ring shape permanent magnets 30 and 34 magnetized in the shaft direction so that the same poles are opposed to each other. Outside diameters of the permanent magnets 30 and 34 installed on the rotary shaft 14 are equal to an outside diameter of the other part of the rotary shaft 14. When a thrust disk 18 is removed from the rotary shaft 14, the impeller 12 and the rotary shaft 14 are removed easily from a fixing part 16. In this way, disassembling and assembling are facilitated. |
