PURPOSE:To provide an optical disk which has an excellent heat resistance, moisture resistance, mechanical characteristics, and productivity and a manufacturing method of the disk. CONSTITUTION:An SiO2 layer 5 having a low reflectivity and an Si layer 2 and an SiN layer 3 having high reflectivities are formed on a glass substrate 1. By utilizing the reflectivity variation between the layer 5 and layers 2 and 3, the presence/absence of guide grooves and pits is detected. |
