PURPOSE:To reproduce sounds from a radio remote control device independently of the installation place of an audiovisual apparatus main body by providing a radio remote control board and an audio reproducing device which receives the audio signal from the audiovisual apparatus side to make it audible. CONSTITUTION:The audio signal transmission request selected by a console panel 22 for remote control is converted to an optical signal through a signal control circuit 20 by an optical radio remote control signal sender 18 and is received by an optical reception equipment 16 of a television set 1. The television set 1 converts the audio signal from a television fundamental circuit 12 to an optical signal by an optical radio audio signal device 17 in accordance with the command from a fundamental circuit controller 15 based on this reception signal and transmits this optical signal. This optical signal is received by an optical signal reception equipment 19 of an optical radio remote control device main body 6 and is converted to an electric signal and is transmitted to the control circuit 20. The sound volume is amplified by a device 21 in accordance with the command of sound volume adjustment or the like selected by the console panel to output the signal from an output terminal 10, and the audio signal from the television main body 1 is outputted through the main body 6 with the adjustable sound volume.
