PURPOSE:To obtain a light emitting diode which can hold a specified height and be mounted vertically, in the case of mounting on a printed board. CONSTITUTION:An insulative stopper 7 is formed at specified positions of leads 1 of a light emitting diode lamp constituted of a pair of leads, and a light emitting part 2 which seals a light emitting diode element 2a fixed to the tip part of one lead out of the pair of leads 1, and a thin metal wire 2b connecting the element 2a with the other lead, by using resin 2c like epoxy resin. |
