PURPOSE:To provide a communication network operation system among member's terminals which can greatly increase either the number of SIG boards where members of a network can freely exchange information or the number of CUG boards where only limited members can exchange information and can also finely limit the kinds of usable commands at every the level of each member. CONSTITUTION:Information files at every SIG board or at every CUG board are stored in text file format and individual data are appended (added) while segmenting with a prescribed code to save the storage capacity of data of the SIG boards or CUG boards. Further, level values are granted at every commands and values corresponding to the level values are granted at every member to finely limit the kinds of usable commands at every member.
