PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation efficiency of the whole test by performing verification in an early stage of smaller logical simulation without wing supported by an external unit. SOLUTION: An access instruction execution part 17A prepares an instruction string 172 to be tested which regards cache access as an object of execution and according to the instruction string 172 to be tested, access data on a memory 15 are set in an instruction cache 12 and an operator cache 13. Then a BI control part 16 invalidates access data set in the operand cache 13 with BI when the access data are an object to be invalidated on the memory 15; and a comparison control part 17B judges whether or not the invalidation result is good.
