PURPOSE:To provide a satisfactory audio signal processor which does not deteriorate an S/N even when a signal is attenuated at a volume controller. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a volume control means 1 for controlling the volume of an input signal, input level control means 5 for controlling the output level at a fixed level, level control means 6 for generating a first control signal A and a second control signal B provided with opposite correlation to this first control signal A so as to control the amplification degree of the input level control means 5 based on the detection signal of the output signal, A/D converter means 2 for converting the output signal into a digital signal, digital signal processing means 3 for adding a reverberation sound or a reflected sound to this converted digital signal, D/A converter means 4 for converting the output into an analog signal, and output level control means 7 for controlling the output level based on the second control signal B. |
