Non-collapsible tubular container with cap, with two concentric tubes, in which the cap is of the hinge type and receives in its male portion a stud equipped with an aperture, in which, under said stud, there is a central body which has radial grooves and is arranged between the fronts of the tubes and the base of the stud, also having through-holes towards a sheet in the form of a circular crown which flexes by means of the pressure exerted on the outer tubular body. A rapid and simple response is achieved for the supply of the material contained in the inner tube, without contact with the air and with the outer tube always retaining its shape. <IMAGE>
