This is a displacement system which allows the blocking and subsequent entrainment of the workpiece by means of a pair of nuts located on an inner floating frame which rests permanently on a return spring, all the aforesaid actuated with just one hand and periodical movements of a handle in the manner of scissors. Said system can be applied to any type of tightening, pushing or mounting tools in which it is necessary to achieve convenient, secure and rapid tightening with the possibility of effective unblocking. <IMAGE>
