A second part is hingeable to the first part around a vertical axis and is provided with at least one accommodation component (6) which can grip under an outwardly bent upper edge of a rubbish container (4). The first part is provided with at least one first locking component which in the locked state is above the accommodation component. At least one second locking component is incorporated which in its locked state can fix a rubbish container accommodated by the accommodation component in a fixed position in relation to the first part. The two locking components are firmly connected to each other, so taht when the first component is locked so also is the second component.
