PURPOSE: To enable the good storage of a composition containing an easily oxidizable fat by using a specific antioxidant system. CONSTITUTION: The characteristic of this composition for cosmetics or skin treatments comprises containing an antioxidant system comprising the lauroyl methionate of lysine, histidine or arginine and at least one of polyphenol selected from the following polyphenols; (a) a (2,5-dihydroxyphenyl)carboxylic acid derivative, its homologue or its corresponding salt, (b) a caffeic acid ester or caffeic acid amide, (c) a flavonoid or a flavonoid compound-containing extract, (d) a rosemary extract containing a diphenol compound, and their mixtures in a proper vehicle. |
