PURPOSE:To provide a combined unmanned and manned traveling vehicle capable of being simplfied by reducing the number of parts of a braking structure. CONSTITUTION:A combined unmanned and manned traveling vehicle which is constituted to change over the mode between the unmanned traveling and manned traveling conditions, while being provided with a first braking device 15 operated through a mechanical linking mechanism M by a manual operating force, a second braking device 14 operated on the basis of an electric operating signal and a parking brake means for setting the second braking device 14 to a brake operating condition when the traveling condition is changed over to the parking stop condition.
