PURPOSE: To take-out eggs and entails without damaging a fish or the spawns by successively operating a gullet release arm and a entail removal arm while moving the fish by means of two supply belts where distance between them is changed in accordance with the size of the fish. CONSTITUTION: The abdominal wall part 102 of the fish is cut by a knife 7 in a cut station and the fish is moved to a gut removing station by the two supply belts where distance between the belts are changed by the size of the fish. The tip part of the gullet release arm comes inside of an abdominal cavity, the blade 17n of the gullet release arm closely follows-up the inner abdominal wall part of the fish and guts and a spawn group 104 are separated. Moreover, the fish is moved, the bending top part of the taking-out arm which is pivotally provided in the rear end part of the gullet release arm closely coincides with the inner cavity of the fish and the spawn group is quietly drawn-out by gravity. |
