PURPOSE:To prevent the brightness of an indicator from lowering with the separation from light sources in a sign device having a clear board with cuts provided along element, outlines of a display such as letters, signs or illustrations, etc., and having the light sources on both ends of the clear board. CONSTITUTION:Cuts or projections 2 are provided to the inside of a sign indicator along element outlines of a display section, and it is constituted of a clear board 1 having light sources on both ends thereof, a metal plate 8 on which a returnable reflection sheet 9 is stuck and resin or metal frames 4 combining the clear board 1 with the metal plate 8 to fix. Depths or heights of cuts or projections are so set that they are increased with the separation from the light sources while keeping the width of an opening section or the width of a projected bottom section in constant. |
