PURPOSE:To mold a decorated molded article with a hole without flashes, wrinkles, weld lines, and the like by a method wherein after injection molding is conducted with a decorative film set on a cavity surface of a female mold, a hole is formed in a molded article in a cavity by a punching means provided on the mold. CONSTITUTION:In a female mold 70 and a male mold 80, a pair of a main-punch 20 and a sub-punch 30 for forming a hole H through a decorative film F and a resin molded body P by punching in a cavity are slidably disposed opposed to each other. The punches are each disposed to be flush with each cavity surface. The decorative film F is drawn along the inner cavity surface to adhere thereto. After clamping, a melt resin is injected. After the resin is cooled and set, the main- and sub-punches 20, 30 are vibrated. A part of the decorative film F and the resin molded body P impacted by the punches 20, 30 generates a heat per se and becomes soft and flowable. Next, by moving the main-punch 20 forward and retracting the sub-punch 30, the main-punch 20 punches the decorative film F and the resin molded body P through to form the hole H therein. |
