The invention relates to a device for supporting a clock or an accessory which comprises an antitheft security system acting as an identity plate and which is intended to be mounted on the handlebar or on the frame of two-wheeled vehicles. According to a general shape likenable to a big signet ring it consists of a housing (1) of rectangular section comprising a cavity (2) in which the clock module (3) or gadget accessory is inserted. The housing (1) is extended by a partially open ring which forms an elastic clip (4) capable of opening up for fitting and then of tightening around the bar of the handlebars. In order to prevent the device from being stolen, a metal strip (5) connects the two branches of the clip (4), via extending rivets (6), which metal strip (5) prevents the clip (4) from being opened up and can be etched on the back with the purpose of acting as an identity plate. <IMAGE>
