<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject resin compsn. CONSTITUTION:This resin compsn. comprises a thermoplastic resin, a flame retardant comprising an organohalogen compd. and a hydroxylated arom. phosphoric ester, and at leasat one auxiliary flame retardant selected from the group consisting of a compd. having a triazine backbone, a metal oxide, a fluororesin, a polyorganosiloxane, and silica. Thus, the flame-retardant properties can be greatly improved even when the amt. of a conventional flame retardant compounded is reduced. The compsn. is suitable for various applications for which a high flame retardancy is required, such as for electric home appliance parts and office automation apparatus parts.</p> |
