PURPOSE:To simply and easily produce a molded product of high quality by providing a gel coat reinforcing layer and a glass fiber/resin layer on the rear surface of a gel coat layer and further spraying a resin. CONSTITUTION:A gel coat resin layer 1, a staple fiber or inorg. powder- containing layer 2 and an FRP layer 3 consisting of a resin, a glass fiber and an inorg. filler compounded if necessary are successively provided on the surface of a molded product 10 to form a three-layered structure on the molded product. The staple fiber or inorg. powder-containing resin layer 2 is provided as a gel coat reinforcing layer being a second layer. Even if air bubbles are left in the FRP layer 3 being a third layer, no effect is exerted on the gel coat layer 1 and, even when the molded product is used as a bathtub or a unit bath, quality deterioration is suppressed. Further, conventional defoaming work using a defoamlng roller is also unnecessary. |
