PURPOSE:To simply adjust a resin amount in an upper surface part, a lower surface part, or an interlaminar part and mold a multilayer molded piece by one press molding process by moving a tubular protruding part. CONSTITUTION:In the molding of a laminated sheet using a resin and an inserted intermediate layer in a mold, firstly molds of a press molding machine are opened, a hydraulic cylinder 6 is actuated, and a tubular protruding part 3 is projected. Next, unidirectionally glass-fiber-reinforced polypropylene sheets 8 are placed on a lower mold 2 with holes 10 thereof pierced by the protruding part 3. The inserted lower intermediate layer sheet 8 is held to be a predetermined gap spaced from the lower mold 2. Next, the tubular protruding part 3 is lowered until the top thereof is positioned between the two inserted intermediate layer sheets 8, 8. Succeedingly, a melt resin is injected into an interlaminar part between the inserted intermediate layer sheets 8, 8. The tubular protruding part 3 is further lowered until the top thereof is level with a cavity surface. A melt resin is fed into between the inserted intermediate layer sheet 8 and the lower mold 2. |
