A therapeutic antihypertensive composition which comprises 2-[1-(2,6-dichlorophenoxy)ethyl]-4,5-dihydro-1H- imidazole and N-(2-chloroethyl)-N-(1-methyl-2- phenoxyethyl)benzenemethaneamine or their nontoxic, pharmaceutically acceptable salts.
