PURPOSE:To produce a wood flour-containing vinyl chloride resin molded product having a uniform and smooth surface state and good appearance. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl chloride resin compsn. consisting of 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin and 1-100 pts.wt. of wood flour is subjected to mechanical shearing destruction under conditions such that resin temp. (1) is 105-130 deg.C, shearing stress (tau) (2) is 0.2X10<8>-5.0X10<8> (dyne/cm<2>) and a kneading time (t) is 1-20min to obtain a wood flour-containing vinyl chloride resin which is, in turn, finely divided to form a fine powder. This fine powder is pelletized to be molded. |
