PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a tire the external appearance of the inner surface of it and the work efficiency at the time of molding it by preventing the fault of the splice part of the inner liner layer inside the tire. CONSTITUTION:A pneumatic tire is constituted by covering the splice part 4 of the inner layer 3 inside a tire with a sheet 5 consisting of a rubber composition including carbon black, a plasticizer and/or resin in butyl halide rubber. Moreover, the manufacture of the pneumatic tire is made by covering the splice part 4 of the inner liner layer 3 inside the green tire consisting of unvulcanized rubber with the sheet 5, and next, applying mold-releasing agent on the inside of this green tire, and then, performing vulcanization. |
