<p>PURPOSE:To provide a realistic synchronous embossed decorative sheet having gradation in a grained vessel pattern, synchronous embossing whose depth is changed corresponding to the gradation, and sharp qualitative sense at edges of the vessel pattern and embossed pattern. CONSTITUTION:In a synchronous embossed decorative sheet, an under pattern printing layer 2, a vessel pattern printing ink layer 3, a transparent ink layer 4 which contains ultraviolet curing inhibitor, and an ultraviolet curing resin layer 5 are layered in sequence on a decorative sheet base material 1, and an embossing 7 synchronized with a vessel pattern by irradiation with ultraviolet rays is provided. Corresponding to the gradation of the vessel pattern, the depth of the synchronous embossing 7 changes with changes of the thicknesses of the vessel pattern printing ink layer 3 and the transparent ink layer 4. Further, the outlines of the vessel pattern and the synchronous embossed pattern are sharpened by a direct gravure process which uses diagonal solid-line screen.</p> |
