<p>PURPOSE:To improve efficiency by lowering radiation loss and to reduce the leakage of a liquid. CONSTITUTION:A heater 4 heating a hygroscopic liquid 2 and a plurality of porous tubes 3 allowed to communicate with the atmosphere at both ends thereof are arranged in a container 1 storing a hygroscopic liquid 2 composed of a lithium chloride aq. soln. A blow fan 5 is installed on the lateral side of the container 1 and air is sent into the tubes 3 by the blow fan 5 to diffuse the moisture transmitted into the tubes 3 to the atmosphere. The temp. of the hygroscopic liquid 2 is detected by the temp. sensor placed at the almost central part in the container 1 and, in order to prevent such a phenomenon that the temp. of the hygroscopic liquid 2 is lowered to a necessary degree or more by the blow fan 5 and energy loss is lowered, the blow fan 5 is stopped corresponding to the temp. of the hygroscopic liquid 2 or the air blow amt. of the fan is reduced.</p> |
