<p>PURPOSE:To enable high efficiency separation of waste FRP molded products by crashing wast FRP molded products, placing them in a vessel of the vacuum- heating unit and decomposing the plastic components with heat at a prescribed temperature under reduced pressure for a prescribed time into gas and condens ing the gas into liquid by cooling and storing the liquid in a distillation fractionator. CONSTITUTION:The waste pieces 1b of crushed FRP molding products are placed into the vessel 1f in a vacuum heating device 1 equipped with a manometer 2 and the pipe for sucking gasified resin 6. Then, the vacuum pump 12 is operated to evacuate the air in the device 1 to a pressure lower than a prescribed one, while the waste FRP pieces 1b are heated in the vessel 1f at a prescribed temperature for a prescribed time to decompose the curable resin components in the FRP pieces into gasified cured resin 1c. The gas of the cured resin components 1c is led through a gas pipe 6 into the distillation fractionator 8 equipped with a filter 9, cooled into liquid to give resin liquid 10 whereby the thermosetting resin component is separated from the waste FRP molded products.</p> |
